Phil visits part of the Ismaya Group's growing collection of restaurants, Skye, the newest and arguably the coolest addition. We join Phil on the 56th floor rooftop of BCA Tower - Grand Indonesia, with a view of Jakarta's skyline, where Phil shows us some of the venue's highlights. Phil then meets Australian Chef, Tim Bartholomew and we watch the preparation of his first signature dish, Bebek Goreng Salad.

Phil is greeted by Sakala's General Manager, Janick and after a walk through of the venue, part of an exciting new resort that is set to be one of the most luxurious and exclusive in Bali, they meet award winning 3 star, Michelin experienced French-Canadian chef Frédéric Boulay to discuss the dishes to be prepared.
