When you think of the High Country, you originally think of its rich cultural history; the days of the goldrush, and Ned Kelly riding around these very hills with his brothers. However nowadays first thought of the High Country can be food and the great food regions like Beechworth, Milawa, Bright King Valley and others. Whilst they have suffered their fair share of fires and drought, they are still producing a great diversity of food, such as ice-cream, cheese, wine, beer and goat.

The Yarra Valley is one of the most picturesque places not only in Oz but the world. It's also chock a block full of family producers like mum and dad, uncle aunt, father daughter father son, cousin grandad and they're doing great stuff like free range pork, beautiful little zucchini flowers, garlic, broad-beans, pumpkin, strawberries fantastic wine and some good beer and it's all on the menu.
