Australia's Federal Opposition says it may be appropriate to force regime change in Burma if the country's humanitarian crisis escalates. Opposition frontbencher Tony Abbott says there could be a humanitarian obligation to take stronger action. "If the circumstances are extreme enough, regime change is appropriate.
