Shelley Craft's television career began with a work experience stint at a television network in Brisbane, which led to a job offer as a production assistant on a local program. After just a few months she scored an on-air presenting role on a children's program.

Shelley jointed The Great Outdoors team in 2002. She has travelled extensively throughout the world for the program, racking up 21 countries over seven continents. "Yes, it is the best job on television, I agree" says Shelley.

In between shooting stories for The Great Outdoors, Shelley works as a presenter on many major sporting events. She is enjoying the hectic schedule. "It has been a busy year and travel with The Great Outdoors is terrific," she says.
